Each product is backed by a limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects and malfunctions under normal usage conditions.

The warranty period for the H2Grail Portable Hydrogen Generator is [1 year], starting from the date of purchase.

This limited warranty covers any factory faults/defects to the components of the device.
(This warranty does not cover any of the accessories the comes with the device)

The Warranty cannot be transferred to any other person.


Warranty Exceptions:

Based on our evaluation, and if we deem any defects to be under our coverage, we (The Seller) will assist in repairing or providing replacement product/parts. (Minus any taxes, handling, transportation, or other fees).  

Warranty Exclusions: 

The warranty does not cover the following:

1. a) Damage caused by improper use, abuse, negligence, or accidents.
2. b) Damage resulting from unauthorized repairs or modifications.
3. c) Normal wear and tear of parts or consumable components.
4. d) Damage due to failure to follow the product’s user manual and guidelines listed on store.
5. e) Damage resulting from use of incompatible accessories or components.

The battery inside the device is not covered under the warranty, replacement batteries are available upon request for maintenance. 

Proper Usage:

Only filtered drinking water or bottled drinking water can be used with this machine. 
This device is NOT dishwasher safe, nor should the based unit be submerged in water.
If damage occurs from not following these recommendations the Warranty will be VOID. 
 

Repair Requests:

As we deem appropriate, we (The Seller) may choose to repair the device rather than or prior to issuing a replacement. Please inquire about repair/parts replacement costs via our support contact.

Additional Conditions

For this warranty to be valid, you must be the original consumer of the product. Coverage does not apply if you sell or transfer ownership of the equipment.

You must provide proof of purchase of the product with all receipted details.

This warranty will be VOID if the product has been intentionally or unintentionally damaged, dropped, not maintained, exposed to outdoor environments, chemicals, cold temperatures, hard water damage, improperly cleaned, overheated, or otherwise damaged.

Failure to properly and regularly clean, the machine, resulting in faults or poor performance, will be deemed as VOID under warranty. Please follow recommended maintenance.

The machine must be used with the advertised Power and Voltage listed.

We (The Seller) will not be held liable under this product warranty for any fee’s, damages, claims or other stated herein. Under no circumstance will this warranty or liability exceed your original purchase price.
